Nose: open, with overtones of black fruit, blackberry, prune and spice
Palate: smooth, elegant tannin provides good structure to complement the roundness. An overriding impression of richness and balance.

ideal with white meats, red meats and grilled meats
The 2010 vintage is particularly successful, powerful, with a firm tannin, deep. Grilled sirloin make a nice texture agreement.
