Area under vine : 20 hectares, including 10 hectares in the AOP Bordeaux
Terroir : clay-limestone, facing the Gironde with southeast and southwest sun exposure
Grape varieties : 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon
Viticulture : organic

Winemaking:
Maceration : cold pre-fermentation maceration
Fermentation : the wine stays on the skins for 3 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats
Ageing : in concrete vat
Tasting notes:
Colour: intense garnet-red with a deep purple rim
Nose: open, with hints of red fruit, blackberry and blackcurrant
Palate: powerful with soft tannin and a pleasant red fruit aftertaste
Serving temperature: 16 – 17°C

ideal with white meats, red meats and grilled meats
